World Congress of Families IX

I was given the wonderful opportunity to participate in the World Congress of Families 9 in Salt Lake City on October 26-30 as an Emerging Leader Scholar. I think about 300, 18-30 year olds were selected through an application process and I was one of them. It was pretty much an all-expenses paid vacation for a week with 300 amazing people who share the same values. They housed us in The Little America Hotel and the conference itself was held in both the Little and Grand America hotels. I feel the need to blog about my experiences at this conference so I will hopefully not forget the information and knowledge I gained from attending. I plan on writing separate posts for each day of the conference.
